Do you have any other address at all for the debtor ? would you like DCBL to trace for you? This is £75 plus VAT.  If you do have another address please advise and we will issue a new Notice of Enforcement to be sent to this address
I look forward to hearing from you soon and if I can be of anymore assistance please do not hesitate to contact me.

So it looks like they didn't  drop off any WRIT or contact anyone at a Virtual office? perhaps i am wrong. Anyone still listening to our cries here?

Still so much money chasing Alpha and lawyer fees, i see many winning judgements but zero $ received, are we all just paying lawyers to buy vacation homes??????????????????

All i got was a  piece of paper saying the Judgement was 'Struck out' and i've emailed to find out why and they tell me NOTHING. They say seek legal aid. How can they just STRIKE it out after i spent hundreds of dollars in court fees just to STRIKE it out , and not ONE WORD of explanation? fucking bullshit. I am so furious and sick to my stomach i just give up, i don't know what LPC law is or anything, i'm going to give up. it's such a kick in the cunt that i lost 10,000$ and to boot now i lost 12 months time fighting them and spending almost another 1000$ on court fees.  I officially give up, i wish the rest of you good luck.

followed your steps to a T, and my case was 'STRUCK OUT'... still haven't received documents saying this but when i phoned thats all they could tell me.

I notified them 14 days in advance that i would  not be able to attend. yet another 1000$ down the drain. I went to court following your success story. :(

Success Stories / Since there is no LOSE! section i will post here

Well after a year of preparing documents, endless reading on these forums and much collecting of data. I finally had my date in court. I spent almost 1000$ on the court system and phone calls and UK address headache ect. Today i learned that my case was 'struck out' and thats the end. I am awaiting the documents from court that i did not attend to maybe find out more information, but over the phone that is all they could tell me. BOOM, struck out. What a wonderful feeling to know all that money, and now ALL that time was fucking wasted.

I now know the true meaning of hatred and for the sake of that company, i'm glad they are so far away.

I'll post more about my case when i get the court documents by the weekend hopefully.

I am done wasting my time with this company but anyone who wants my money to seek revenge or wind up, i am game.

I got my deposit back from Visa, but the remainder that i paid in full is outstanding. Plus the court fees of another 1000$

Defence and Counterclaim

Claim number

Alpha Technology (INT) LTD

How much of the claim do you dispute?

I dispute the full amount claimed as shown on the claim form.

Do you dispute this claim because you have already paid it?

No, for other reasons.

There were express terms of the contract between the parties (the
Contract), inter alia, as follows:-

-(Under the heading Cancellation & Refund Policy) That deposits
would be refunded on a sliding scale such that cancellation after
5 months from receipt of payment conferred no entitlement to any

- That the Scrypt Miner devices which formed the subject matter of
the Contract were being designed and manufactured using funds
gathered as part of a pre-funding project, that the devices were
not in stock, and that shipping was expected to take a minimum of
six months;

-That shipping dates (and other general updates) would be notified
on our client's website (and as they have been subsequently at
regular intervals).

Whilst progress in the manufacture of our devices has been slower
than anticipated due to technical issues outside of our control,
we have proposed (and which customers have accepted) various
enhancements to the final specifications of the devices as a
result (including an increase in the hash rate). We have not
cancelled production of the devices and shipping is still
scheduled to occur, and it has always been made clear to our
customers that such is the case.

There was and is no contractual basis for the customer's
rescission (termination) of its order. As was clear from the terms
of the Contract, the estimated time for shipment to occur was not
a condition of the Contract.

Our original terms and conditions (contract) which the customers
accepted can be found at this link:

I am the Defendant - I believe that the facts stated in this form are true

Report Alpha / Re: What can I do if I paid full payment with bank transfer?
« on: November 02, 2014, 07:14:25 pm »
I paid 70% via bank wire as well... If anyone knows of a good collections agency that will go for these guys, i'll gladly give up 50% of the money lost to this company for reclaimed!

Anyone foolish enough to pay via wire transfer? Will i be able to get 70% back? I see many paypal refunds, i could just get 30% back and cut my loss?

I would love to see or hear of anyone who is going the small claims route, and how it is going?!

Good luck to everyone! :D
