Success Stories / Re: Winding Up Order Success!!!

Sent an email to Johannes... Hopefully your method works guys!! :)

Well, so what's the situation guys? I won my claim aged ago, still haven't seen a penny, scs law says there's no way now to enforce the payment... Anyone ideas?

I got my judgemebt by Andrew Morgan at SCS said the father is not attending court and they allegate he is abroad. I might try this other option for 60GBP... It's worth it. SCS are not interested anymore I think.

That's because Paypal still got some of their funds frozen probably. But we who paid by bank transfer are fucked. We haven't and won't see a penny... The worst thing is they will never ship anything.

Not really that easy. Apparently the LLoyd's bank account they have in the UK is empty.

How is this looking? I won a judgement, but SCS Law says there have been "unexpected events", and they don't want to enforce my judgement just yet. Anyone has any info?

I won my judgement. Now that some are saying the N349 is not working. Anybody has any idea on how to enforce the payment?

Alpha are replying my emails now saying there are no assets and there is no more money to pay for the judgements... I dont believe it so I am gonna pay my hearing fee and going for my money.

I have spoken to Andrew Morgan. A very nice guy, but I am owed 2700GBP and have already wasted 105GBP since I never got the letter to pay for the hearing fee and never payed it. I am in Germany and spending another 750GBP is too much. I will contact them for the enforcement of payment for sure.

I can't believe this shit for life of me I can't... I had the court date on the 22nd July and I miss the fucking letter with the hearing fee. I called like 10 times in this time and NOBODY at the court in Plymouth told me anything (they sent it there cause I gave a friend's address there since I live in Germany). Now I wrote an e-mail to the Court Manager... I hope I can get a new date...

Well that's really crappy... I want my  money back and I have spent a fortune in this shit... I hope the liquidation doesn't come too early. Could you guys please wait a bit with the wind up?

My claim is already beging processed through moneyclaim... and I saw this too late (past the deadline) can I still be part of this or it makes no sense?

I have a problem, that I might need help for. I filed my claim. Alpha defended in these terms:

We have been forwarded this post from our previous address, 66
Dickenson Road. Our trading and registered business address has
changed many months ago, and this has been explicitly emailed to
our customers and put on our website. 66 Dickenson Road is not our trading address nor is it our registered business address and has
not been so for many months, this can be viewed on companies house for proof and our website and newsletter feeds.

In the overview of my claim (image is attached) I cannot see any way to react to this... I don't have any document N180 or anything to react to the claim and couter their defence.

What should I do? according to the 14days rule I am only 2 days from that limit. I really want to react but I cannot see how.

Thank you very much!
