I received the same document by email today, it was also sent to e-filing@manchester.countycourt.gsi.gov.uk.
Wondering, does the court accept it actually?

FoxHound: be sure to apply for a summary judgement. You can win the case long before it goes to trial.

Thank you Sir,

I will give the Application for Summary Judgment a try. Thanks. One more think is
Could you please advice me on the BOLD text to be filled for the defence text from Alpha.

Defence says - The provided defended address is incorrect, AT is not reqistered at this address and has not been registered at this address for 2 months. As we cannot confirm we have  done business with me. Please could the claimant provide proof of bank transfer to AT, we await proof of business transaction so we can confim if this customer is legitimate or not.

@Foxhound:  That is simply not a "defense". You should have receipts of your payment from Alpha-T's own ordering system. Email it over to them, along with your case # in that same email.

Fill out form n180: http://fightalpha.net/index.php?topic=36.0

After the court has responded to n180, you can request a Summary Judgement (because Alpha did not use a real defense): http://fightalpha.net/index.php?topic=145.0

Hi FightAlpha,

I'm very disappointment today, just got reply from the court - It is ordered that ...
"Claim struck out due to non-compliance with the Order of District Judge xxxx dateed 18th May 2015".

Any idea what to do next ?
 :(

Did you ever receive the order in question?

I think the only thing to do would be to file a new claim and make sure you're complying with the order...

You can request a Summary Judgement. Base it on the grounds that 1) You have consumer protection under the Distance Selling Regulations to cancel anytime up to 7 days after receiving a product. and 2) Alpha has lost many similar cases.

In this case they can grant you an award before it goes to trial and you'll save yourself the hearing fee. Though there is a separate fee for filing a Summary Judgement request
