I am just following the instruction to mail a mediation letter to Alpha and waiting their response before Sept 1. I will file a claim online after receiving their response.

Haha! Now this is a fun website.

Claim started.
Alpha defended.
I submitted for small claims court track.
Waiting now a few weeks likely.

Someone else has sued Alpha, and Alpha responded. Here's the scanned documents they provided: https://imgur.com/a/2IbnV

I think that is word for word the same reply they have sent to me. That piece of shit will not hold up in court..... lol..... they are fucking burying holes for themselves.... I like that one "for the sole purpose of generating an income via mining cryptocurrency." ROFL............ What if this was a test device? There are so many what-ifs... it's fucking hilarious they think this shit is going to stand up in court. They basically already won the case for us as long as we don't do something completely stupid.

People should read this:

http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukdsi/2008/9780110811574/regulation/6

Their not saying this was a B2B sale is a material omission.  There are other excellent things that can be found in this law also.  People fighting in court or looking to file with their CC companies should read this entire law.

My CC company has reversed the charges for the pre-order amount.

Ah the forum is working finally. tried so many times to send a reply.

Just got banned from Alpha for stating they broke contract by not shipping before october, and i did in a nice way never swore or anything bad and they banned me for it, i'am so annoyed that they cant even let people state the facts WTF. I think i'l end up claiming from them, has anyone started the claim or been successful.

I paid via bank transfer so does that mean i won't be able to get the money back from my bank, since they have failed to keep their side of the contract?

I just came across this website, whoever started this up, needs to have a donation thread somewere, as you are saving ppl alot of money!

I talked to paypal, filed a dispute, I went through mastercard as well, so they told me to file a dispute with them, I'm working towards now sending a certified letter, I was told by the paypal dispute agent that there is a substantial amount of people filing against alpha!

Thanks

Thanks Dustin, I've added donations to my signature. Money's will go towards court fees in forcing Alpha to declare bankruptcy if they try not to pay Judgements.
